A great example of this is our tulips in a glass vase which look spectacular year after year. Customers regularly walk around our Weybridge showroom thinking that the flowers are fresh not faux.

Our flowers are all meticulously handcrafted to ensure they are botanically correct and look as close to the real thing as possible. We do not ship readymade arrangements from China but have a team of expertly trained floral stylists who make sure that everything that leaves our store has been uniquely designed for you. We are passionate about design and want every piece, handmade at our studio in Weybridge, to offer something that little bit different. You can either visit us at our 2,000sq ft showroom, shop from our specially selected range online or alternatively give us your bespoke brief by contacting us via the contact us page. You can give us as much information as you like, with photos if possible and we will contact you discuss your individual requirements further. We will then create a unique piece especially for you. If you are able to bring or send us your own vase we're happy to fill that too!

Although gel products can look good when they are initially purchased, over time deterioration in colour and appearance can occur. They can be very difficult to clean due to dust and the stems can not be easily re-used for different arrangements. We want every display to offer longevity and the superior quality of our flowers is of paramount importance to us.

All items in our exterior greenery range are suitable for display outside. Some of our range is UV protected and our product information will detail any individual care instructions required. It is important to note that no artificial stems are guaranteed for a set period of time as longevity is entirely dependent on weather and exposure conditions.

As our vases are a range of materials, please ensure that if you are placing them on lacquered or delicate furniture that you protect the underside of the vase when placing. To care for the florals, use a cool hairdryer or hoover to rid them of dust. If this is carried out regularly they will always look fresh. Some leaves and petals are latex covered and these can be wiped with a damp cloth. No cleaning solutions should be used. For those living near to us in Weybridge, we also offer a cleaning service in store.

It is widely believed that faux flowers are a better alternative to fresh flowers in terms of carbon footprint. It makes sense if you consider that fresh flowers are shipped and last for just one week whereas as some faux flowers can last for many years.

Artificial flowers will fade over time. Vibrant coloured flowers will fade quicker than more subtle colours, but as with many fabrics, over time, artificial materials will lighten. To ensure the longevity of your arrangement(s) we would recommend that you place them out of direct sunlight. If however, you require a faux solution for an area in direct sun then we would advise you choose a uv protected greenery or alternatively please talk to us direct and we can advise you as to the best solution. 

No - all of our product imagery is captured as naturally as possible. We do not use heavy photoshop, artificial enhancements, or misleading lighting, allowing you to see our products as they truly look in real life.

This is a service we are more than happy to offer. You can either send your vase to us or visit us in store and we can create a bespoke piece for you.

Dawn is always on the lookout for new, exciting flowers and artefacts and is more than happy to include special requests. rtfact also have access to a vast range of flowers and vases, too many to appear on the website, so if you would prefer a different colour or vase shape then feel free to contact us.

We have extensive experience in events management including charity events, corporate anniversaries, balls and many weddings. We also offer a Christmas house dressing service should that be required. We offer both private hire and corporate hire. Minimum private hire is a weekend, Friday to Monday. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours but guarantee within 5 working days, unless otherwise advised. We will email you with an order confirmation and you will have an order reference number should you need to contact us regarding your order details.

We want you to love your rtfact flowers and if that is not the case you can return the order, in it’s original packaging, within 28 days for a full refund. See full returns policy.

We have experience of shipping worldwide including crating if required and are delighted to receive orders from international and non-mainland UK customers.
