At rtfact, we are passionate about creating beautifully crafted artificial flower arrangements, trees and greenery that elevate interior spaces. As award-winning specialists, we combine creativity, quality and attention to detail to design pieces that feel as natural as they are timeless.

Every arrangement is thoughtfully designed in-house and handcrafted at our Weybridge studio by my incredibly talented team.

2000
Where it all began
Following a fast-paced career in fashion and design, I felt the need to channel my creativity in a new direction and so… from my kitchen table in Surrey, rtfact was born!
Bringing together my love for interiors and florals, I began building my knowledge, travelling, seeking out the very best faux flowers and always trying to push the boundaries in terms of clients pre-conceived ideas about what could be achieved with faux in terms of design.
2003
Taking the leap!
Realising that my client base was building and I was quickly running out of space I opened the first rtfact shop on Claygate High Street. This will always have a special place in my heart. I could finally bring my vision to life with a showroom… small but beautifully formed! A place I could welcome clients, collaborate and offer a unique design led experience.
2004
Growing Momentum
The business quickly gathered momentum, leading to major corporate contracts with clients including The Gherkin, Annabel's, Tate Modern, Tate Britain, ITV and the Falcon Group.
This was a huge period of change for us - from figuring out the logistics of installations 39 floors up at The Gherkin, to working around wedding timings at registry offices! We’ve always loved a challenge, and looking back now, it’s so rewarding to think some of those contracts are still going strong more than 15 years later.
2006
Hitting the web...
As interest grew, so did demand from clients across the UK. I wanted to make our collections available to customers further afield, so with the help of my dear friend, Lucy, our very first website was launched.
Many a night spent designing together, including photographing every piece ourselves – and this is still the case today. No editing or filters - just an honest reflection of our pieces. Trust in the quality of what we do, is something I am so very passionate about.
2011
Entering the Exhibition world
With faux, seeing really is believing! So we were delighted when the Royal Horticultural Society, selected us to exhibit at Hampton Court Flower show for a number of years. Meeting our lovely clients and showcasing our work up close, has always been incredibly valuable and even after 26 years we’re still absolutely blown away by the response that we receive. We continue to exhibit whenever we can and most recently we had the pleasure of presenting our work at Chelsea Design Centre (our stand is shown here). The tree trunk is real but nothing else on the stand is!!
2013
Going Global
Another milestone! Our first overseas project took us to UAE - a moment that marked the start of something much bigger for the business.
What began as a single export soon developed into ongoing projects across the world.
Today, we work with clients in so many different countries, including the USA, Egypt, Carribean, Singapore, India and Europe. Each project brings something new, adapting to clients’ style is something we pride ourselves on and I love the cultural input that these projects often bring. I still get as excited today as I did all those years ago, when I see the pallets ready to leave the door on their onward journey.
2021
A New Home in Weybridge
And so… we ran out of space again! Leaving Claygate was an emotional move for me, as it had been such a big part of our journey, but bringing everything together under one roof - our showroom, studio and warehouse - has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Having the whole wonderful rtfact team back together again felt really special.
Designing the new showroom from scratch was such a personal and rewarding experience… although I could happily have skipped the challenge of installing a whole new mezzanine floor! But it was all worth it.
More than anything, I wanted to create a space that truly reflects who we are - somewhere warm, inspiring and welcoming, where clients instantly feel at home and excited by what they see.
2022
Doors Open!
And so, after months of hard work, we officially opened our Weybridge showroom!
For the first time, we had a space where clients could fully experience our collections - from hundreds of hand-created pieces, ready to take home, to the opportunity to collaborate with us on bespoke designs created just for them. Creating a welcoming, inspiring environment was always at the heart of the vision, and we love being able to open our doors to both new and familiar faces.
No appointment is ever necessary - everyone is always welcome, and we very much look forward to meeting you.

Today, rtfact is more than just a business - it’s a team I’m incredibly proud of and who I consider my second family.
I feel so very fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated and talented group of people who truly embrace the rtfact philosophy. Their passion, creativity, and commitment are at the heart of everything we do. It’s hard work and can be demanding at times, but we always find moments of joy along the way - and that’s what makes it all worthwhile. How lucky am I?
