The Rtfact story
Following a hectic career in fashion and design, I was looking to channel my energy in a new direction…
I always wanted to create a special shopping experience and in 2001 the rtfact studio in Claygate, Surrey, was born. Bringing together my passion for interiors and florals… a place where I could share my inspiration and love for design…..a showroom that would reflect rtfact’s vision for inspirational creativity, first class floral quality and outstanding personal service.
I soon realised that demand from customers worldwide was increasing and so to make our collection more accessible, our online range was launched. Our shopping pages provide an extensive collection of our favourite designs and it’s been wonderful to see orders fly in from not only the UK but the other side of the world too!
Myself and my highly trained team, thrive on creating something truly special, challenging the norm to bring you designs that are tailored specifically to you.
I believe that by working and understanding an interior space, you can bring a room to life with exceptional creative floral displays. Complementing but not overpowering – much like choosing a piece of art.
All of our arrangements are designed in house and made by hand at our studio… every piece created with exceptional attention to detail to meet the specific needs of our client base – a combination of Property Developers, Interior Designers, Event Venues, Corporate Hire Companies and Private Clients.
We’re happy to take on a project from initial mood board stage or equally help a client who wants to pop into the showroom to look for those all important finishing touches.
Nearly two decades on, I still have the same passion for what I do now as the day I started.
I consider myself very fortunate to have a second family – my team. Without them, rtfact would not be where they are today, it’s not all about me. I’m so blessed to have a family working with me that embrace the rtfact philosophy as if it were their own and I truly value their input and dedication. It’s hard graft and stressful at times but we always have fun along the way… how lucky am I?
We look forward to welcoming you…
